Summary of Position
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will use your sales skills to generate leads, maintain existing accounts and develop new relationships within an assigned territory.  You will help customers with product recommendations and commissioning of new installations. Volition Controls Corp. provides product training needed to be successful while offering a competitive compensation package.  There are endless opportunities. The position is best suited for an outgoing, aggressive sales professional who enjoys helping others and seeing improvements.

Responsibilities
• Generate leads with potential customers
• Provide product demonstrations.  Explain features and benefits
• Confer with customers.
• Maintaining customer information in a company database
• Adhere to all Volition Controls company policies
• Self-motivated and strong sense of ownership
• Must be detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills

Requirements
• Outgoing personality A+
• Basic computer and internet skills

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to use a smartphone
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to climb on and inspect from elevated heights
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR

Compensation
• Commission
